Membership Terms & Conditions

RevLimit Auto Pty Ltd · ABN 60 684 307 060 · Last updated: 17 June 2026

These terms are between you and RevLimit Auto Pty Ltd (ABN 60 684 307 060) (“RevLimit”, “we”, “us”, “our”), which operates the RevLimit membership (also offered under the name “Revlimit Auto Protection”). By joining or using the membership, you agree to these terms.

1. What the membership is

RevLimit runs a vehicle membership. You pay a recurring subscription and receive a set of scheduled vehicle services and benefits for one nominated vehicle. We coordinate your bookings, support and benefits. The services are carried out by independent participating partners (such as mechanical workshops and detailers).

The membership is a pre-paid service arrangement. It is not insurance, a warranty, or a product that covers you against the cost or risk of a vehicle breaking down.

2. Our plans

We currently offer two plans. Each membership applies to one nominated vehicle. Prices include GST.

  • All service intervals are measured from the day you join and run on time or distance travelled, whichever comes first.
  • Each membership covers one nominated vehicle and cannot be shared with or transferred to another person unless we agree.

3. When your benefits start

Your benefits become available 30 days after you join. Your subscription is charged from the day you join (see clause 4), so you are billed for the first 30 days before your benefits begin. Your 14-day cooling-off rights are set out in clause 5.

4. Fees, billing and payment

  • Recurring fee: your membership is billed weekly in advance, starting on the day you join, and continues automatically each week until you cancel.
  • Payment method: you authorise us (and our payment provider) to charge your nominated card or bank account for each weekly fee. Please keep your payment details current.
  • Failed payments: if a payment fails, your benefits are paused. If the payment is not made within 7 days, we may suspend or cancel your membership.
  • Price changes: we may change the fees or benefits from time to time. We will give you at least 14 days’ notice of any increase or material reduction, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

5. Cooling-off period

If you change your mind, you may cancel within 14 days of joining and receive a full refund, provided you have not booked or used a benefit. After 14 days, the cancellation terms in clause 6 apply.

6. Cancelling your membership

You can cancel at any time by contacting us. There is no lock-in contract and no minimum term. When you cancel, your membership continues until the end of the week you have already paid for, and then stops. We do not refund the current week or any past weeks, except during the cooling-off period (clause 5) or where the Australian Consumer Law requires a refund.

7. Your nominated vehicle

Your membership applies to one nominated vehicle at a time. You can change your nominated vehicle by letting us know; the change takes effect from your next billing week. Benefits are tied to your current nominated vehicle.

8. Booking and using your benefits

  • You book your benefits through us. Bookings depend on partner availability.
  • Each benefit is available once per service interval for your nominated vehicle. Benefits are not stored credit and do not build up over time.
  • Rescheduling and no-shows: you can reschedule a booking by giving us at least 24 hours’ notice. If you do not attend a booking, or repeatedly cancel late, we may treat that benefit for the interval as used, or apply temporary booking limits. We will not penalise you for a missed booking that was our fault or our partner’s fault.

9. What a Minor Service includes

A Minor Service is a genuine minor service for your nominated vehicle. It includes vehicle-appropriate engine oil, oil filter replacement, the ordinary consumables included in a standard minor service, and the standard labour for a minor service.

It does not include major services, repairs, fault rectification, component replacement, manufacturer-scheduled major maintenance, or any additional work found during the service. If we find a safety concern, fault or recommended repair, we will quote it separately and will not carry out any extra work without your approval.

10. Specialty oils and larger or non-standard vehicles

Some vehicles need specialty oils, an unusually large oil quantity, special consumables, or manufacturer-specific items that cost more than an ordinary minor service (for example, some European, performance, diesel, large four-wheel-drive and luxury vehicles). In those cases we or our partner may charge an additional amount or ask for your approval first. We will always tell you about any additional cost before it is incurred, and you can decline it.

11. Exterior Wash

An included Exterior Wash is a standard exterior maintenance wash. It does not include deep cleaning, interior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, stain or contamination removal, pet-hair removal, or heavily soiled vehicles. Work beyond a standard exterior wash may be quoted separately or carried out under your discounted detailing benefit.

12. Vehicle Check-Up

A Vehicle Check-Up is a visual inspection and basic assessment to help with preventative maintenance. It is not a roadworthy inspection, a safety certificate, or a full mechanical report, and should not be relied on as one.

13. Mechanical support and basic diagnostics

Mechanical support is included on both plans. Basic diagnostics is included only with the Pro Driver Plan.

Mechanical support means: general guidance about a vehicle concern; basic troubleshooting and triage; helping you understand what type of mechanical service or inspection may be required; assistance arranging an inspection or repair through RevLimit or an eligible partner; and general advice based on the information you provide. Mechanical support does not include fault-code scanning, advanced diagnostics, dismantling or disassembly, specialist testing, repairs, parts, labour, or any guarantee about the condition or cause of a vehicle issue.

Basic diagnostics (Pro Driver Plan only) means: a preliminary vehicle inspection; basic fault-code scanning; and general guidance based on that preliminary inspection or those fault codes. Basic diagnostics does not include advanced diagnostic testing, dismantling or disassembly, specialist testing, repairs, parts, labour, or any guarantee that the issue has been fully identified.

Diagnostic findings and general guidance are informational only and are not a guarantee about the condition or cause of your vehicle's issue. Repairs, parts, labour and any further testing are quoted separately unless they are covered by another expressly stated plan benefit.

14. Your 10% member discount

While your membership is active, you receive 10% off the normal price of eligible labour, parts and approved services at participating partners. The discount does not apply to tyres, batteries, special-order items, sublet work, promotional offers, or items sold at a fixed or supplier-set price. The discount applies to the normal (non-discounted) price and cannot be combined with other offers.

15. High-mileage and commercial use

Our memberships suit both everyday and high-mileage drivers, including rideshare drivers, tradespeople, couriers and sales reps. Because service intervals run on time or distance, whichever comes first, high-mileage members may reach their intervals sooner. To keep the membership fair for everyone, we may review a membership where usage is well beyond the intended schedule or puts unreasonable demand on our partners. We will tell you the reason and discuss options with you before making any change.

16. Our partners

Services are carried out by independent participating partners. They are separate businesses and set their own pricing for customer-paid repair work and extra services. Availability can vary with staffing, holidays, rosters and workshop demand. We may use a different partner where reasonably necessary, as long as they can provide an equivalent service.

17. Other products: warranties and roadside assistance

From time to time we can help you arrange third-party products, such as an extended motor vehicle warranty (for example, the Integrity Car Care “Endurance” warranty), and, in future, roadside assistance. These are separate products with their own terms, pricing and disclosure documents.

We arrange the Integrity warranty as an Authorised Representative of Integrity Car Care Pty Ltd (AFSL 247069). We can give you factual information and will provide the relevant Financial Services Guide and Product Disclosure Statement, but we do not give financial advice and cannot tell you whether a product is right for you — that decision is yours. The provider (not RevLimit) assesses and decides all claims, and we do not guarantee any claim will be approved. Your membership is separate from any third-party product: buying or cancelling one does not affect the other.

18. Customer-paid extras

Any repairs, upgrades, replacement parts, extra labour or services outside your plan inclusions are your responsibility and are payable by you, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

19. Your consumer rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights. Your membership benefits are in addition to, and do not reduce, your consumer law rights. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee (other than one that cannot be limited) is limited, at our option, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of supplying it again.

20. Suspending or ending a membership

We may decline service, suspend, or end your membership if you obtain benefits by deception, if you are abusive or threatening to our staff or partners, or if the membership is used clearly outside its intended purpose (for example, for resale or fleet servicing under one membership). Except where we need to act immediately for safety, we will give you notice and a chance to respond before ending your membership for these reasons.

21. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially reduces your benefits or increases your price, we will give you reasonable notice and you may cancel before it takes effect. Changes will not apply to a benefit you have already become entitled to.

22. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

23. Complaints

If you have a concern, please contact us and we will try to resolve it promptly and fairly. Concerns about a partner’s separate, customer-paid work are between you and that partner, though we will help where we reasonably can. Complaints about a third-party warranty are handled by that provider — for the Integrity warranty, that includes Integrity’s internal complaints process and, if unresolved, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

24. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest continues to apply. These terms (and our Privacy Policy) are the whole agreement between you and us about the membership.
